  I am only giving this place 4 stars because of the manager named Ben. We placed an order quick service when we picked it up it was ready but the girl Jenna that was working never went through the order, and just handed my girlfriend the bag. When she came home, they forgot the order of ultimate nachos. Called them up and Jenna said we had to come back and pick it up. I said why can't they deliver it, she replied we can but we have to charge you for delivery and a tip for the driver. Keep in mind this is a hundred percent their mistake. I called back and ask to talk to the manager. And Ben was the working manager and apologized and said he would have the order ready and also was giving a coupon to my girlfriend that was picking it up. Their food is great I love it, and Buffalo wild wings is lucky to have a manager as good as Ben, but unfortunately a worker like Jenna. I say this easily because I deal with customers every single day I work. Customer service and satisfaction Jenna, you need to learn that. And thank you Ben again for making what was wrong right.

  Wow...40 wings and an order of corn dogs on a Tuesday night around 10pm. How long does it take for an employee to ask why we're standing around for the last 45min to an hour. Do you think we just love to stand all night and wait for our damn food? When we finally asked an employee, she said oh its done and was just sitting on the counter but no one made the effort to check up on our order or bring it to us..wtf. That was by far my worst experience and the one star is very appropriate for this visit. In fact, i would rate it no stars if possible.

  My recommendation is to go to the west side. I live on the east side and it is more convenient to go to this one. Unfortunately they mess up the order every time. Today they forgot to put in an order for nachos. Also they don't ever put enough sauce on the wings. I had to send them back because some had no sauce at all. I changed from 1 to 3 stars because they did do a good job fixing thier mistakes. The west side restaurant is much better I have reviewed as 5 stars.

  I love Buffalo Wild Wings and decide to go to this new awesome restaurant for couple time. Every look so great and beautiful! The food was delicious and love all tv location to watch. But the overall experience at this new place was terrible. I order the food and it wasn’t good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings place. Their waitress was so rude and disrespectful. Her name is Carol. I guessing she need to be retrained. The bartender was total DISHONEST and Take Advantage. What that person did was to add more tips on my bill. I spent $20 and tips is $5. Bartender decide to add more tips which was $15(add another $10). I complain and didn’t know what to do. I should get a gift card. I suggest go to the one is close to stadium. Also pay cash.

  Really good place to eat, i have been coming here fo a while and their food never disappoints. The staff there are all friendly and people always have a good time when they go there. Wings are the best part, all the sauces are really good. So yeah, i highly recommend this place.
